Ministry to the Housebound, Sick and Dying

Home Communion

Taken from the reserved Sacrament, Communion can be taken to the sick and housebound. There is a team, comprised of the Rector, a number of retired clergy and a group of lay people who have been licenced by the Bishop of Norwich to administer the Holy Sacrament.

Anyone wishing to receive Communion in their own home or Residential Care Home should contact the Rector.

The team also support those who are newly married, those bringing children to Baptism and others with a variety of needs. Visits can be arranged to individual needs and can be just for a chat or other forms of support. They can be arranged by speaking to Fr Howard or call John Allen on 01263 588920.
