Our Purpose and Values

We are a Church whose purpose is to offer worship to the glory of God
and in the power of the Holy Spirit to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

By the grace of God we seek to;

+ welcome all who come


+ provide opportunities for worship and spiritual growth


+ nurture and educate people of all ages in the Christian Faith
through prayer, study, worship and fellowship


+ promote a sense of community, enabling people to feel they
belong to God's family


+ care pastorally for the people of the Parish


+ make use of and call upon people's talents, gifts, skills and time in
the service of Christ


+ respond to the need of others in the world


+ maintain our Church buildings as sanctuaries of peace and prayer
which are open to all


+ to use our website to promote the life of the Church


+ to be relevant to the age in which we live
