The Parish Church of St Andrew the Apostle, Holt, Norfolk

Charity and Mission

Christian Aid

We actively support Christian Aid Week witnessing to our local community and to the world that the church exists not just for itself but for others. Christian Aid supports work in 60 countries worldwide to enable poor people, regardless of race or religion, to help themselves.

Let The Children Live

This Charity responds to the needs of street children in Colombia and beyond. Our support helps safeguard the lives of children from violence and poverty of the streets and helps to make their lives worth living by giving them love, education and a future.

Children’s Society

An active group of fund-raisers work hard to support the work of the Children’s Society. The Society works to support families and children in some of the country’s most deprived and isolated communities.

USPG

The United Society for the Propagation of the Gospel is an Anglican mission agency working in partnership with the church in more than 50 countries. Their work involves pastoral care, social action and supporting training programmes. Our involvement helps support St Anne’s maternity hospital in Malawi.

Traidcraft

Traidcraft supplies fairly traded goods from around the world which are available for purchase every 3rd Sunday in the Church Hall after the Parish Eucharist.
